How your typical day would go:

  • Carrying out a wide range of HR related transactional activities including setting up and maintaining personal data in the Oracle GPS database.
  • Providing first level advice and guidance to business unit HR, Arconic managers and employees regarding the Oracle GPS database and data.
  • Maintaining employee personnel files (electronically and physically as needed).
  • General HR administrative support (contract preparation, work certificates, confirmation letters, etc.).
  • Support benefit administration.
  • Act as a general contact for the UK locations.
  • HR metrics and reports.
  • Support compliance testing and ensure to meet ASAT requirements across all processes supported.
  • Other HR related ad-hoc tasks.
  • Collaborate with PS HUB and Payroll teams for delivering agreed services to our UK locations.

  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn new IT tools (e.g. Oracle GPS)
  • Precision while completing recurring daily work, paying attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; Customer-orientation, conscientious, willingness to learn.
  • Experience in HR administration and HR legislation awareness is desirable, but on-the-job training will be provided;
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize individual workload
  • Clear criminal records are required. Request for certificate will be processed by the company.
