How your typical day would go:

  • Develop and build reports within HR system
  • Dashboard and report development and maintenance
  • End-user reporting tool training and demonstrations
  • Analyze the results based on the given criteria’s
  • Standardize and automatize the processes (incl. building macros)
  • Functional and Technical systems support, including report testing for quarterly Cloud patching & issue resolution
  • Support the implementation of HR procedures
  • Identify gaps, best practices and provide recommendations for improving processes on global level.
